These terms govern your use of Bisnito ("the Service"), operated by the Bisnito team. By creating an account or connecting a Gmail mailbox, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use Bisnito.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bisnito to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email or otherwise violate anti-spam laws.
- Impersonate any person or organization.
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Third-party services
Bisnito connects to your Gmail account through Google's APIs. Your use of Gmail is also governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. Bisnito is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Service availability
Bisnito is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Features may change or be removed at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bisnito disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bisnito and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using Bisnito at any time by disconnecting your mailbox and requesting account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in-app.
